This agreement governs your use of the Tracks provided by MeriSkill through its Platform, www.MeriSkill.com (“Platform”). By accessing the Platform or using any Tracks, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other policies governing the Platform (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Tracks.

Each Track offered on the Platform may have specific terms regarding refunds, deferrals, and payments. Additionally, our corporate clients may have separate agreements with us, which will prevail over these Terms in case of any conflict.

These Terms apply to all MeriSkill-hosted mobile apps, social media groups, and other forums provided by MeriSkill, which are considered part of the Platform. You acknowledge that certain parts of the Platform are managed by third-party service providers, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. MeriSkill is not liable for any disruptions caused by these third-party providers.

While you can “bookmark” parts of the Platform, continuing to use the Platform binds you to these Terms. We may update these Terms without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Platform and Tracks after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

MeriSkill does not guarantee that the Platform complies with all legal requirements in every geographic area, nor that its services are suitable or available in all locations. Accessing the Platform from areas where it is illegal is strictly prohibited. If you choose to access the Platform from such locations, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

To enroll in a Track on MeriSkill’s Platform, full payment is required at the time of registration unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by MeriSkill. For Tracks that include a trial period, the trial will commence only after full payment has been made. During this trial period, students may request a refund of the Track Fees, subject to deductions determined by MeriSkill and it will be credited within 5-7 days. Once the trial period ends, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Unless stated otherwise on the website as part of a promotional offer, the trial period is typically 7 days from the date of enrollment.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and suitability of the selected Track. Enrollment in a Track is non-transferable.

To make payments or purchase services/products offered by MeriSkill, you must have internet access and a valid accepted Payment Method as specified during sign-up. MeriSkill does not store credit card or sensitive payment information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We partner with payment gateways for secure processing, and by using a third-party payment provider, you agree to their terms. Any storage of your information by these providers is at your discretion, and MeriSkill bears no responsibility for such storage or any losses incurred from it.

Failure to pay the Track fee may result in the withdrawal of your access to the Track. Depending on your location, payment method, and currency, foreign exchange fees or exchange rates may apply. MeriSkill supports various payment methods but may not support all currencies or locations. Taxes are calculated based on the billing information provided during enrollment/purchase.
